Reseller & Marketplace Policy

• Resale of Heckler products is limited to authorized partners and approved channels.
• Authorization is granted at Heckler's discretion and may be revoked at any time.

• Heckler products may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms, without prior written approval.

• Heckler maintains policies intended to support consistent brand positioning and fair competition among partners.
• Specific pricing policies, including any Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines, are communicated separately.

Resellers must:

• Accurately represent Heckler products
• Avoid misleading claims or unauthorized branding
• Use approved product information where applicable

Violations of these policies may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of reseller eligibility
